Admin and Support Officer (Part-Time)
Location: Cardiff Warehouse, Capital Business Park, CF3 2PU
Hours: 15 hours a week, working 9am – 2.30pm Tuesday – Thursday
Salary: £24,000 – £25,500 pro rata
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Development Team Admin Support Officer to provide essential administrative, communications and coordination support across FareShare Cymru. You will play a key role in supporting Community Food Members, maintaining accurate systems and databases, coordinating updates and communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is vital in helping our teams work efficiently to redistribute surplus food to charities and community groups across Wales.

Culinary Lead (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)
Location: Cardiff Warehouse, Capital Business Park, CF3 2PU
Hours: 22.5 hours a week, flexible, Fixed term until March 2027. The successful candidate should be flexible in the working days and hours to meet the needs of the role.
Salary: £26,500–£30,000 pro rata
We are seeking a creative and practical Culinary Lead to develop and deliver engaging food and cookery activity across FareShare Cymru. You will play a key role in transforming surplus food into nutritious meals, recipes and learning opportunities, supporting staff, volunteers and community partners to build food skills, confidence and sustainability while helping to reduce food waste across Wales.
